We are seeking a Senior Manager for Analytics Enablement in our Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team. Join us in building a robust behavioural analytics platform for our consumer-facing LEGO websites and apps, and play a key role in fostering direct, lasting relationships with millions of LEGO fans around the world.
Please note, this role is based in our LEGO Group Headquarters in Billund, Denmark.

The Data, Analytics & Business Improvement team is an analytics & continuous improvement practice within the LEGO Group’s Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) function. We focus on building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with consumers and shoppers, and we do this through the ethical and effective use of data.
We are looking for an expert analytics enablement leader to guide a dedicated team of specialists in developing our data platform and reporting tools for consumer-facing experiences. This role involves close collaboration with our Data Office, engineers from Digital Product teams, and Analytics Business Partners to convert raw data into a reusable format for analysis and reporting.
