You don't just want to analyze but also shape the future? In this role, you'll be a driving force for data-driven transformation across the entire company.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Strategic analysis, design, and optimization of processes, structures, and regulations
- Networking and further development of company-wide management systems
- Leading and contributing to high-visibility cross-departmental projects
- Close collaboration with departments to identify and implement data-based requirements
- Further development and support of Business Analytics use cases
- Building and shaping a modern cloud-based Cargo Data Platform (e.g., Power BI)
- Ensuring user satisfaction and added value through data products
- Flight privileges

You bring both technical and strategic thinking and are capable of managing complex projects efficiently.
What you should bring:
- Completed degree in Business, (Business) Informatics, Natural or Engineering Sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in operating and further developing applications ("DevOps")
- Solid knowledge of data visualization, BI, data analytics, big data, and data warehousing
- Understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Governance)
- Cloud expertise – ideally with a focus on data-driven applications
- Experience in agile project work (Scrum) as well as in larger project structures
- Confident demeanor, team spirit, and high self-initiative
- Strong organizational skills, conceptual thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in both German and English
