AI Business Analyst (f/m/div)*

Imagine being the bridge between business problems and digital solutions. Where technology innovation meets business needs? As an AI Business Analyst, you will be the one to harmonize the two worlds, enabling the company to leverage the benefits of AI and data analysis.

As an AI Business Analyst, you will be responsible for communicating between business needs and digital solutions. Your task will be to translate business requirements into AI solutions and harmonize business processes and work methods to implement AI solutions.

In your new role you will:

• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize data and processes within domain/process.
• Acts as a bridge between the business problems and the Digitalization/AI technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements for functional solution into clear AI scope & objectives.
• Harmonize business process/work-method to enable analytics/AI solutions into implementation.

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator and problem solver with a creative mindset. You should be able to collaborate with various stakeholders and interest groups, and align business needs with technological possibilities. A results-driven approach and ability to analyze complex problems are also essential.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science or Computer Science.
• At least 1 years of professional experience in a related data analysis role or in the field of Machine Learning/AI development.
• Programming knowledge is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication of English.
