Job Description
At Zeiss Digital Partners (ZDP), we have a clear goal: Enabling and accelerating the digital transformation of ZEISS @speed and @scale. We develop digital solutions jointly with the ZEISS business units and accelerating innovation that delivers a future value for our customers and our company. Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs. We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.
Join us as a Program Manager to shape and contribute towards the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.
Your role
- Lead large digital innovation projects from idea to MVP and provide ZEISS business segments with scalable digital solutions and business models
- Drive strategic cross-ZEISS digital transformation projects to lay the foundation of our future digital ecosystem success Identify and define value propositions and key functionalities of digital solutions that create business value and provide exceptional customer experience
- Design and implement processes and structures to ensure continuous success of the solutions
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor on digital business innovation and digital transformation topics at ZEISS Collaborate with the ZEISS business units as well as our Design, Data Analytics and Cloud Engineering colleagues at ZEISS Digital Partners
Your profile
- Excellent university degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics, or business
- 5+ years of experience in in top management consulting and/or experience in digital transformation, innovation or product management for digital solutions in B2B industries
- Track record of successfully leading large projects and teams in an innovation area.
- Sound understanding of the digital economy and data-enabled business models paired with a passion for ZEISS’ products and markets
- Strong communication skills and the empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
- Fluency in English (fluency in German would be a plus)
