Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive new opportunities in various business domains.
In this role, you will lead requirement elicitation, collaborate closely with customer and be a part of a strong team with great spirit.
Responsibilities
- Plan Business Analysis, including Business Analysis Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (artifacts templates, documents structure, process flow, etc.)
- Translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
- Choose new or adapt existing requirement's documentation framework to project needs
- Select requirements change management approach and ensure the correct level of traceability to support it
- Manage project/product backlog
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant BA/PO experience
- Ability to effectively guide BA activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management etc.)
- Ability to follow a defined software development process, acquire new information about the project and domain quickly from different sources
- Expertise in project/product scope management
- Experience in creating different types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements etc.)
- Experience with Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical, learning, creative and visual thinking skills
- At least B2+ level of English

Salary range €3.2K-€5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
