The Opportunity
You, as a Business Intelligence Lead, improve awareness and engagement on information across Roche Hungary through increasing the quality, accessibility and usability of data. Prepare strategy and tactics for insight driven decision making, coordinates market research activities through third parties, agencies and employees of the company, and communicates the results internally. Supervise competitive intelligence and Customer Relationship Management. You, as a Business Intelligence Lead, work, communicate and align activities with all the affected departments: Squads, Public Affairs, IT, etc.

• Strengthening data-based insight generation and decision making across the organization and examining and adapting international best practices and platforms to improve value creation
• Improving accessibility and quality of information also via monthly performance reports
• Closely cooperating in business planning and portfolio prioritization of Roche Hungary
• Evangelize business acumen and financial mindset across Therapeutic Area Squads and other non-finance teams and understanding Patient Flow potential
• Collaborating with Squads in squad-related business activities
• Analyzing the market situation and providing accessibility of current data about usage, trends and outliers
• Initiating and implementing improvements, solutions and better usability of the CRM system from a business perspective to enable insights and digital strategy

Who You Are

• University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree), or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in business analysis preferably in a multinational environment - finance education / background would be an advantage
• Proven track record in creating and maintaining information sharing and decision support tools and experience in working effectively with cross functional groups
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - experienced in interacting with senior management, clear communication and persuasion abilities, and a strong capacity for analytical and systems thinking to understand complex processes
• Proficient in digital innovation methodologies - capable of leveraging digital tools to benefit stakeholders, deliver results, innovate, and develop new systems, with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on achieving successful outcomes by inspiring others, while adhering to Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) principles
• Fluent in local language and proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is expected
