Job Description

Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the agile development process. You will play a key role in shaping the future of airline technology by contributing to the design and delivery of high-impact software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
  • Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proven ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working with design teams.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
